🍺 Local Favorite Spotlight: Odd By Nature Brewing – Cape Neddick, ME

Sometimes the best local finds happen completely by accident.

Between appointments today, I discovered Odd By Nature Brewing and it instantly earned a spot on my summer lunch rotation. ☀️

What I ordered:
🌯 Chicken wraps and fries
🍺 A refreshing local brew enjoyed outside on a perfect summer afternoon

Why I loved it:
✔️ Relaxed outdoor picnic table seating
✔️ Great craft beer selection
✔️ Casual lunch menu that’s perfect for a quick break in the day
✔️ Laid-back atmosphere where nobody is in a rush
✔️ Close enough to York and Ogunquit to make it an easy stop

The best part? It feels like one of those hidden spots where you can take a breath, enjoy a cold drink, answer a few emails, and actually enjoy your lunch break for a change.

🌮 Local Favorite Spotlight: Bar Publica

We don’t make it into Portland often, but every time we do, it feels like there’s a new restaurant, rooftop, or hidden gem waiting to be discovered. The food scene alone is enough to keep us coming back.

This time we stopped at Bar Pública and shared:
🥟 The best empanadas I’ve ever had
🍢 A delicious arroz con pollo pincho packed with flavor

Why we loved it:

Feeling incredibly grateful to have had the opportunity to work with these amazing sellers as they closed the chapter on a Holiday House Condominius condo filled with years of memories, laughter, and beach days. 🏖️

While bittersweet for the sellers, it was the perfect time for them to move into the next stage of life — and even more special knowing the buyers found their dream ground-floor condo in a complex they already knew and loved. Sometimes everything truly aligns exactly the way it’s meant to. ❤️
