Meet our new Executive Chef, Brandon Neizman! Born and raised on Maui, Brandon brings deep local roots and a bold, eclectic style to Humble Market Kitchin. His passion for cooking began early, inspired by his grandmother who ran the beloved Oveido Lunch Counter on Moloka‘i for 36 years. After starting his culinary journey at 15 and honing his skills at Roy’s® Hawaii Kai, Chef Brandon helped open Humble Market Kitchin in Wailea—rising through the ranks from Sous Chef to Executive Chef.
Known for combining familiar flavors with refined technique, Brandon’s style is “different yet familiar”—elevating dishes like his signature Roast Pork and modern takes like Pasta Carbonara with ‘Ulu Velouté and Bacon Espuma. A family man at heart, he finds balance between long hours in the kitchen and quality time at home, and is always pushing boundaries with fresh, local ingredients from Maui’s own backyard.
Now as Executive Chef, Brandon blends local roots with global flavors—creating the kind of food he loves to eat and proudly serving it to the community that shaped him.
