Since it rains everyday, I have to cook inside Towanda. I had some grape tomatoes and mushrooms that had to be eaten soon. So I defrosted a burger, sautéed the mushrooms, tomatoes and meat until the meat was brown. I added spices and a can of diced tomatoes.
Since I only have one burner when I cook inside, I grabbed a box of Asian Rice noodles and cooked them in the microwave. Italian/Asian Fusion. It came out great. Towanda Kaplan
