What a honor it is to have our special guest Debbie and Sheila , Debbie and her Late husband Gene were guest 30 years ago when they stayed at Friendship House ( my mother Sharon Davis ) owner then - we even found where they signed her old guest books ! What a wonderful blessing to have them back with Richard and I❤️FRIENDSHIP HOUSE is perfect name❤️

A Wilder Days Old-Fashioned Dinner Experience Saturday September 26th.

Step back in time during Wilder Days in Mansfield and join us aboard the Southern Belle Dining Car for a special evening inspired by the simpler days of the prairie! 🌾

Pull out your bonnets, prairie dresses, suspenders and boots and come dressed for the occasion! Our Southern Belle crew will be dressed in period-inspired clothing, the train will be transformed into an old-fashioned prairie dining experience, and we’ll be serving up a special menu filled with the comforting flavors of days gone by.

🍗 THE PRAIRIE SUPPER

Enjoy old-fashioned favorites such as:

• Laura’s Fried Chicken Dinner
• Ma’s Chicken & Dumplings
• Pa’s Country Fried Steak
• Prairie Pot Roast
• Mashed Potatoes & Country Gravy

Dress as your favorite Little House-style character, a pioneer, prairie girl, farmer, homesteader—or simply come dressed in your best old-fashioned attire.

We’ll have old-fashioned activities and games for our younger guests, too!
