My husband and I were married in the Florida Keys a number of years ago. We both love the Keys and continued to visit and have winter warm ups every year. In 2009 we decided to purchase a vacation rental property in the Keys. The Roseate House was an easy choice for us. We fell in love with her the moment we pulled in the driveway. Six weeks later we had our little slice of paradise. Since that ti

me the home as undergone extensive renovations making it one of the nicest luxury rentals in the Middle Keys. In 2013 we formed Morton Street Properties and acquired the second vacation rental also located on Morton Street. Casa Agua had not previously been a vacation rental and made its first debut in November of 2013 after a new pool had been installed and the home furnished. Casa Agua is affordable luxury at its finest, offering amenities that rival all competitors making it the best home in its class. Ma Belle Amie was acquired in October 2016 and underwent an extensive renovation making it one of the finest luxury homes available in the Middle Keys. She is a grand villa with a 65' x 35' custom pool second to none. Ma Belle Amie made her debut in June 2017. All three of our luxury homes are located on Morton Street with Ma Belle Amie and The Roseate House on the private extension of Morton Street. Hello, anglers! Tomorrow in Marathon, FL, promises a fantastic day on the water, with yellowtail snapper, snook, and mangrove snapper leading the charge. With light southeast winds (5-10 knots), warm water (~82°F), and an incoming tide at 11:52 AM, chum reefs for yellowtail—use 1/2 oz jigs if winds pick up. For snook, hit backcountry channels with topwater plugs during the 11:30 AM solunar peak, or switch to 30 lb leaders in murky water. Mangrove snapper thrive on structures with 20 lb leaders during slack tide at 1 PM. Recent catches from August 29–30 include limits of yellowtail and mangrove snapper on reefs reported, a 25-lb snook in the backcountry on August 30, and a solid mahi haul offshore near w**d lines on August 29, plus a blackfin tuna catch shared by a local captain.

It's the dog days of summer down here on Morton Street Extension! One of my favorite times of the year! Normally the home is not available for September and October. We opened it up last minute because it's just so beautiful out!

7 days = $3500 includes all fees but refundable damage deposit of $500 returned after your stay. Includes the use of all amenities including kayaks and stand up paddle boards. These are some of the lowest rates in 17 years!

Sleeps 6 (no more than 4 adults over the age of 14) Msg me for other rates/specifics on shorter stays.

Rest assured that in the event of a mandatory evacuation, you are refunded the money for any nights unused.
