WOO HOO!! We have finally arrived at the point when we can begin putting up tongue n groove in the lodge. I have been looking forward to this for a long time. It may take a little longer since Craig is still working 4 days in Bemidji. It will get finished!!! I will keep you updated on the progress.

Okay... Time to ditch the little post hole digger and go for the big guns. Our clay soil was tough to dig by hand. The auger took care of it within minutes. Well worth the money!!
Now, the sanotubes are set and ready for the concrete tomorrow.

We have so many projects going on here, but this one is taking priority today. Craig is replacing 3 of the support posts...

We have so many projects going on here, but this one is taking priority today. Craig is replacing 3 of the support posts on cabin 7. We noticed the old ones were starting to tip so we knew the posts and the concrete footings needed to be replaced. There is always something!!
Thanks to Big Al for jacking up the cabin and bringing in temporary supporting posts while Craig does the work.

Big shout out to Domanick and the crew of DD's Dock & Lift Service LLC. They do fabulous work.
