Grins & Pickin's CampFarm It's "Where You Make Fun Happen"! We cater to primitive camping - there is no water or electricity on the campsites. Please pack in your own water.

Here on the farm, we believe in going outside to play, growing and eating fresh food, strengthening family bonds and promoting the awareness of our natural resources. We invite you, your family and friends to enjoy outdoor activities and events for day and night fun (hiking, fishing, camping, creeking, outdoor cooking, star gazing). Pick your own firewood or pack it in. Campsites are $20 per carload per night; $25 for popups. Limited areas for RVs at $30 (no hook ups). We have seasonal pick-your-own food (peppers, tomatoes, herbs, flowers and more). We also offer community gardening for yourselves and for others and share the 20-acre recreational facility with the wildlife among our natural resources.

In partnership with Ohio Farm Bureau and Nationwide, we are excited to help celebrate America 250 – Ohio by helping to showcase Ohio’s vital role in agriculture during America’s past 250 years.

Grins & Pickin’s CampFarm was selected to feature unique agritourism (tourism on ag land) destinations in Morrow County and we are spotlighted in the tour guide! The CampFarm is offering FREE guided tours that include a Creepy Crawler Maze, PYI garden, a hike past the creek into the woods, and exploring the pollinator garden. Feel free to wear your Halloween costume! Bring your kids and leashed dog to explore our bountiful nature on the CampFarm on these beautifully perfect fall days!

We will be open to the public from 2:00 to 5:00 with one-hour guided tours starting promptly at 2:00. Self-guided hikes are 2:00 to 5:00. The days available start today, Wednesday, 10/21 through Saturday, 10/31 except for Saturday, 10/24 during our Halloween Family Campout.

This year’s Burning Scarecrow is a special one - the guest of honor once belonged to Dad & Bonnie.

The structure was bush crafted in tipi style, then wrapped, stuffed, & decorated with waste from the garden cleanup. It includes cucumber & tomato vines, corn stalks & husks, sunflower stalks, zucchini & kale plants, marigold plants & Kiss Me Over the Garden Gate stalks.

The result? A true harvest scarecrow! He gets lit up this Saturday evening at the Halloween Party!
