Driving into camp today to check on the progress…

Well, they say a picture is worth a thousand words, so here’s my view as I drove into Living Springs today!

Exterior painting is wrapping up, and finish work is getting ready to begin in the Dining Hall. Meanwhile, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC rough-ins are progressing in the Chapel, and the roof should be completed this week!

So much work going on it was hard to get photos without getting in the way; so we will give you some photos next week.

Every day brings us one step closer to opening the doors and welcoming guests to Living Springs Camp & Retreat Center.

Things are moving, and it won’t be long now! Exciting days are ahead!

Exciting progress continues, here are a few sights and sounds from Living Springs Camp & Retreat Center this week!

Our serving areas are coming together, and more kitchen fixtures and equipment, including the ice maker, are being installed. The tray return area is also shaping up nicely!

And there’s another special detail taking shape in the chapel! The large cross-sections in the chapel windows have been powder-coated to make them stand out even more. Our hope is that everyone who enters the chapel will be reminded that they are always standing in the shadow of the Cross!

It’s a simple but powerful reminder of why we do what we do and who this place is ultimately about.

Every detail brings us one step closer to welcoming campers, churches, families, and groups from across South Carolina and beyond!

We’re not just building a facility. We’re preparing a place where lives will be changed, relationships strengthened, and memories made for generations to come!

We can’t wait to welcome you to Living Springs!

🏕️ Living Springs Sights & Sounds for This Week!

Another week of exciting progress at Living Springs Camp & Retreat Center!

⛪ Chapel: The stage and sound booth are going in, along with the windows. Each week, this space looks more and more like the place where countless lives will be impacted through worship, ministry, and the presence of God.

🍽️ Dining Hall: We’re getting down to the finish work! HVAC and lighting are going in as we move closer and closer to completion.

There’s still work to be done, but every week brings us another step closer to seeing the vision for Living Springs become reality.

We can’t wait to welcome you!

More sights and sounds (well no videos) today from Living Springs Camp & Retreat Center but there’s plenty of progress to share!

A few highlights from today’s visit with Bishop Ken Baker:

• Tile is now complete in the bathrooms, drink station and kitchen area.
• The remaining appliances and mechanical systems are being prepped for installation in the kitchen.
• The chapel wrap is on, and work is beginning on the rough-ins inside.

Every visit brings another step forward, and it’s exciting to see the vision becoming reality.

It’s all coming together at Living Springs!
