The restaurants at Blackberry Farm and Blackberry Mountain are helmed by seven incredible executive chefs. It is thanks to them and the equally creative and dedicated teams they lead that Blackberry upholds a tradition of memorable dining. It’s easy to celebrate our chefs any day, but we’re sending a little extra gratitude to them on International Chefs Day. Each chef, with their team, curates unique seasonal menus inspired by life in the Great Smoky Mountains and showcasing inspired combinations of flavors and innovative preparations.
