🎣 Thank You for an Amazing First Annual 🎣 Aitkin County Youth Fishing Tournament 🎣

We want to extend a huge THANK YOU to everyone who attended and supported our First Annual Aitkin County Youth Fishing Tournament hosted by Big Sandy Lodge Resort!

The tournament was a tremendous success, with many beautiful fish caught throughout the 2-days. Congratulations to all of our first-place winners in each age category for Bass, Walleye, and Northern Pike—those were some incredible fish!

All participating kids received prizes, and we also held a raffle featuring generously donated items. Seeing the excitement and smiles on the kids' faces made the day truly special.

We would also like to thank the Minnesota DNR's No Child Left Inside grant program for their generous support. Through this grant, we were able to provide bait to any attendees who needed or wanted it, helping ensure every child had the opportunity to enjoy a successful day on the water.

Registration closes at 8:00 AM Saturday, June 13th, when the tournament officially begins, so don't wait!

✅ You do NOT need to stop by the lodge to participate (only for prizes on Sunday at 1pm).
✅ Simply check in on the FishDonkey app Saturday morning and start fishing!

🏆 Join us Sunday at 1:00 PM at the Bears Den Bar & Restaurant for awards, raffles, and prizes!

🎁 Every participant will receive a prize! (Must be present at 1pm on Sunday, June 14, at Big Sandy Lodge)
