From the Innkeeper 👩🏾💻
One of the most rewarding parts of this job isn’t checking guests in or serving breakfast.
It’s hearing from them after they’ve gone home.
As innkeepers, we spend so much time focused on the details—the breakfast menu, the cleanliness of a room, fresh flowers, late-night snacks, special requests, and making sure every guest feels welcome.
Sometimes we never know which of those details will stay with someone.
