We are seeking to fill our AM Shift Front Desk position.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Processing reservations, payments, guest check-ins /check-outs.
• Handling guest correspondence-Answering phone calls, emails, questions and requests.
• Setup/Breakdown of breakfast, replenishing inventory.
• General administrative tasks.
• Ensuring a clean, welcoming environment for guests.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Previous hospitality experience
· Desire to work in a professional environment and provide great customer service
· Computer literacy (Reservation software, Microsoft programs, email and print functions)
