This may not be the most responsible career advice, but it is difficult to feel stressed about work while sitting beside a campfire. 😂

The emails seem less urgent. The meetings seem farther away. Even Monday feels manageable when you know another RV trip is on the calendar.

Of course, most of us cannot call in sick every time the weather is perfect.

That is why campground reservations and vacation days should be treated like important appointments.

Sometimes the best way to be more productive is to take a real break first. 🚐

Some people see September and think camping season is almost over.

RVers see cooler temperatures, quieter campgrounds, fewer bugs, and a calendar that still has plenty of open weekends. 🍁

Fall can be one of the best times to camp. The days are comfortable, the evenings are perfect for a fire, and the changing leaves make every drive more beautiful.

So while everyone else is packing up, we are still booking campsites.

Do you stop camping after Labor Day, or keep going as long as the weather allows? 🚐🔥

We will be doing fireworks on Saturday, July 4th at dusk at the beach.

Day (or night in this case) passes are $5/car for entry to watch from the campground.

I had a long list of productive things I was supposed to accomplish this weekend.

Clean the house.

Organize files.

Answer emails.

Handle a few projects.

Instead, somehow I ended up sitting beside a campfire at an RV campground watching the sunset.

Not sure how it happened. It was definitely an accident.

A complete and total campcident. 😂

Anyone else mysteriously find themselves RV camping when they should be doing something responsible?
