The Sea Pony is a 3-story townhouse located 1 bock from the white sand beaches of Mexico Beach, Florida. TSP has 2 master bedrooms, each with King beds a

nd attached full baths. The Mermaid Master has a covered balcony with Gulf view and a bunk area (twins) for the littles. Our 3rd bedroom is on the main living floor with a queen bed. TSP has max occupancy of 6 adults. The bunk area is for children under 100 lbs. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on one of two covered balconies while enjoying the Gulf view. The Sea Pony is a non-smoking and no pet vacation rental. TSP's gourmet kitchen has all your cooking needs and coffee options. We provide staples, you bring the rest. Beach towels, chairs, umbrella, beach cart, along with wake and skim boards are provided for your use. We are owner operated and provide direct booking option as well as VRBO if preferred. We shared previously that we’re doing a little work at The Sea Pony at Mexico Beach - adding a new deck (see pic), we’re also adding a ground floor bathroom 🚽. With all this activity going one we’ve closed our calendar for September. Please consider joining us for Fall break in October

Pier Update: By now you all know we have received our Army Corps permit, which was the last of the major hurdles on the permitting side of the project. As for FEMA, the project is in LPN (Large Project Notification), which is the final review and notification. The review part is now complete, so all that is left is the notification part of the project. We were told that will take about 2 weeks. At that point FEMA obligates the funds to the State of Florida, which handles disbursement to the City.
