It's very family friendly and is a terrific location to do day trips to Apalachicola, Cape San Blas state park, and if you want, shopping in Panama City and Destin. The people are friendly and you will feel like you have stepped back in time. We don't have high rises or crazy spring breaks. We specialize in happy, relaxed and beautiful long days at the beach enjoying the very best of Florida.

Hi! We had the most amazing trip and your home was perfection and we will absolutely be back! Thank you, y’all truly thought of everything we could have needed. Our whole family loved every moment of this trip, our teenage daughters were highly impressed and you know they are a tough crowd to please! There was something for everyone and a family like ours, 2 teenagers and a 5 year old, it’s hard to please everyone. Mom and dad left rejuvenated, everyone has happy hearts and sun-kissed skin. We have been everywhere from gulf shores, Perdido Key, to Panama City and Mexico Beach is by far our favorite!

FISHING AND PHOTOS: Mexico Beach offers some of the best fishing along the Gulf. Fish 🐠 🎏🎣 We love to welcome our fishermen and women to fish in the Bay, off the beach, or offshore fishing near our famed MBARA reefs or even further out.

To help out, the City Of Mexico Beach has a terrific fish, cleaning station and freezer storage where you can put your carcasses instead of putting them in the trashcan where they smell everything up or throwing them in the canal.

Most rental properties do not allow boat trailers on site and so we offer boat trailer parking at the Mexico Beach boat ramp for a small fee.

From Shell Shack all the way to the end of the public beach (from 7th Street to the Gulf county line at CR386), we have great sidewalks, benches and beautiful scenery to enjoy.
