Cleaner / Housekeeper – Full-Time

LAMB RANCH – Michie, Tennessee

LAMB RANCH is a 140-acre family-owned working ranch and event venue where family, land, and life come together. We raise cattle, host weddings and events, and welcome guests to our cabins and lodge. We’re looking for a reliable Cleaner/Housekeeper to help keep our property warm and inviting.

What You’ll Do:
• Clean and turn over 5 guest cabins between stays
• Thoroughly clean 6 Cypress Lodge rooms
• Recovery of The Grand Hall (6,000+ sq ft) and The Small Hall after events
• Ensure high standards of cleanliness and guest comfort

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliability and pride in your work
• Physical stamina for active days
• Flexible schedule, including some weekends for events
• Positive attitude and team spirit

This is a full-time position on a hands-on family ranch. If you enjoy creating welcoming spaces and being part of a small team, we’d love to hear from you.
