Boat Launch is open 7 days a week 7 am - 9 pm, call 830-444-5879 for access if gate is shut.

Can't wait to try The Cajun Cowboy on Saturday! He will be serving his made from scratch dishes for lunch and dinner at Sunset Resort on Saturday, Oct. 24! Come early and paint ceramics with The Little Gnome Gift Shop, indulge on some Cajun food then enjoy the view of the sun setting over the lake! Sports courts open all day as well for FREE when you dine with The Cajun Cowboy, launch a boat or paint with The Little Gnome! See you then!

Fall is here (yes 50’s on the forecast for the weekend!!!), and it’s time for us to slow things down a little at Sunset Resort at Medina Lake!

After a busy summer, it’s time to adjust our schedule so we can spend some much-needed time with family, tackle a few projects around the resort, and start getting everything ready for an even BIGGER and BETTER Summer 2027!

Sunset Landing and our Sports Courts will now be open ONLY on the dates listed below throughout our off-season.

But don’t worry, we’re not done having fun just yet! We’ve got some great events planned this fall, including made from scratch Cajun food, tournaments, holiday festivities, and more! We hope you’ll come out and join us!

GOOD NEWS FOR OUR BOATERS! Our boat ramp will remain OPEN 7 DAYS A WEEK, so you can keep enjoying Medina Lake!

❤️ We are incredibly thankful for everyone who has supported us, visited, shared our posts, and helped make our first season so special. We’re excited about what’s ahead and can’t wait to share some of the improvements we have planned!

We’re not closing up shop… we’re just shifting gears for the season!
