Sleep Inn & Suites in Middletown, NY is looking to add part time house keepers to the team. The housekeeping team is responsible cleaning the guest rooms as well as the cleanliness of our public areas. It is also important that housekeepers are happy and willing to help with guest requests.

Job Description:

*Clean assigned guest rooms daily, including, but not limited to making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting and vacuuming, changing and replenishing bed linens, towels, and guest amenities as needed.

*Perform deep cleaning tasks as needed.

*Put clean laundry away on a daily basis and maintain cleanliness in housekeeping closets.

*Maintain cleanliness of the guest common areas including hallways, lobbies and elevators

*Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or managers.

*Adhere to company policies & procedures & brand standards.

Job Requirements:

You must have the ability to lift, bend, and move heavy equipment up to 50 lbs. You must be able to remain on your feet for extended periods of time. You must be able to work independently or with limited supervision. You should have good communications skills, and the ability to work well with others. Providing excellent customer service is a MUST.

Job Type: Part-time/ Full Time

Pay: From $12.50 per hour

We are currently looking for an individual willing to work as a Front Desk Agent. An individual with excellent customer service skills who can assist our guests with all their needs would be very successful at this position. The individual should be willing to work two or more nights a week with open availability and flexibility. Weekends are required.

Job Functions include but are not limited to the following: .

*Welcoming guests and assisting them with the arrival process

*Responding to guest requests and inquiries

*Answer the front desk phone, transfer calls

*Post all charges, update folios, balance credit cards, charges and cash. Performing bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts & nightly audits

*Keeping up with the cleanliness of our lobby area and back offices.

The successful candidate must possess the following:

*High school diploma or equivalent

*Customer Service Experience

*Must be capable of accurately handling money.

•7AM-3PM ; 3PM-11PM ; 11PM-7AM. These hours may be available on a on call/ per diem basis. Weekends and holidays are required.
