We LOVE Dickens on the Delaware in Callicoon and this year it’s happening December 12th! Just 10 minutes from the house, it’s a great way to get in the holiday spirit. Dickens on the Delaware will post details as it gets closer.

Pond and Perch - located juuuust over the NY border in North East Pennsylvania. If you want to escape the hustle and bustle and disconnect in nature for a few days, this is where I’d tell you to go. The house sits on a huge piece of property dotted with black walnut trees and corn fields that meets the Delaware River. ⁠

When we weren’t curled up in the living room or enjoying coffee on the wrap around deck, we were wandering the trails around the property (the walnut grove was my favorite), building bonfires next to the water, and kayaking on the river.⁠

The magic of the river, how sweet it smells and how good you feel after a swim.

The afternoon light across the cornfield. We try hard to share what it is that makes Pond and Perch unique and special. And it comes down to the feeling you have when you’re out on the property, and then have the chance to settle and relax in the house. Each compliments the other, and both work together to give you a space to make memories. Come visit and see for yourself!

We spent the last few days building a sauna at Pond and Perch, and it’s now live! The boys put it through an inaugural session and you can see how great the view, the vibe, and the steam really is. We are SO EXCITED to have added this (we love it) and are excited to share it with all of our guests. Happy 2026 summer season!
