The motel is conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, dining, and waterfront scenes in Milbridge, Maine. We are currently renovating and updating our rooms to better serve our guests, but we are open during this process. We are also planning to rebuild one of our units that was recently loss to a fire.

After a long Maine winter, we’re officially waking back up for the season. 🌿

Just one more week until we are reopening, and we’re excited to welcome you back.

Over the winter, we’ve been busy making some big upgrades—especially to our river view units—and we can’t wait for you to see them. Fresh updates, more comfort, and the same peaceful views that make mornings here worth slowing down for.

Spring bookings are open, the river is moving again, and so are we.

And so the time has come to end our 2025 season. We would like to take a minute to thank everyone who stayed with us this season. We have received so many compliments on our rooms and updates around the property, but of them are possible without the support of our guests. Thank you for supporting our small business and making all the upgrades possible. We have more planned for our off season and cannot wait for you to see them in the spring. We hope everyone has a safe and warm winter, we look forward to welcoming you back in May 2026.

Which means it’s time for us to close up shop and hibernate for the winter.
