The Great Council of Virginia DOP has requested that we share the following information regarding the passing of Sandra Dye, PGP. Please remember to keep the family in your thoughts and prayers during this challenging period.

It is with sadness that we announce the passing of Sandra Dye of Virginia on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.
Although she was no longer a member of the Order, Sandra was active at the local, state and national levels as long as her health would allow. She was a PGP of Virginia (serving as GKW for 13 years), served as chairperson of VA Great Council planning committee for many years and was chairperson of Princess Pocahontas Day at Jamestown for many years. She also served as chairperson for the national session in Richmond, VA, in 2012.
