Hartman Center Campground is seeking a friendly, organized, and dependable individual to join our team as a Front Desk/Reception Associate. If you enjoy working with people and appreciate a peaceful outdoor setting, this could be a great fit!
Responsibilities:
Greet guests and manage check-ins/check-outs with a welcoming attitude
Answer phone calls, emails, and reservation inquiries
Coordinate campsite bookings and assignments
Provide information about campground amenities, policies, and nearby attractions
Process payments and maintain accurate records
Keep the front desk area clean and organized
Qualifications:
Strong customer service and communication skills
Basic computer and phone proficiency
Ability to multitask and stay organized
Friendly, professional, and positive demeanor
Availability for weekends and holidays
