The Hilton Garden Inn Destin/Miramar Beach team came together to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year at our annual Christmas party—an evening filled with laughter, gratitude, and holiday cheer.
This special event was our opportunity to pause, reflect, and recognize the incredible people who make our hotel what it is every single day. From guest service to housekeeping, sales to maintenance, every team member plays a role in delivering the hospitality our guests have come to expect—and this celebration was all about them.
The party featured festive décor, great food, door prizes, and plenty of smiles. Most importantly, it gave us time to connect outside the day-to-day hustle, share a few laughs, and simply enjoy one another’s company. It was a reminder that while we work hard, we also know how to celebrate together.
As we close out the year, we are grateful for our dedicated team, our loyal guests, and our supportive community. The Hilton Garden Inn Destin/Miramar Beach is proud of the culture we’ve built—one rooted in teamwork, service, and genuine care for one another.
From all of us at Hilton Garden Inn Destin/Miramar Beach, we wish everyone a joyful holiday season and a happy, healthy New Year. 🎄✨

Last week, our very own Lisa Leslie at the Front Desk launched our Island Hospitality Management- IH Cares campaign! Our team donated $5 each to wear pink in recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, raising money to kick things off.

IH Cares is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization that provides need-based grants to Island Hospitality Management team members facing financial hardships caused by natural disasters or unforeseen personal challenges. The goal is to lift some of that stress and make a positive impact on the lives of our team members, their families, and their communities.

Our small but mighty crew is setting a goal to host one fundraiser each month…stay tuned! Brenda Baker Gray Destin, Florida
