Meet Dayana. She is the first face you see at Courtyard Sandestin.

Dayana works the front desk at Courtyard Sandestin, and when we asked what she likes most about the job she did not hesitate: connecting with people. Check-in is a good place for that. Everyone is happy to have arrived, and Dayana makes sure it stays that way.

Meet Leonie, the one making sure your group actually has rooms.

Leonie Robinson is Sales Coordinator for Courtyard, Hyatt Place, and Residence Inn Sandestin. She started with Courtyard in 2023 on the overnight audit desk and moved into sales this spring, so she has seen the hotels from both ends of the clock. Ask her why she stayed and she talks about the team: managers who make the schedule work, and a place where your work does not go unnoticed.

Planning a reunion, a wedding block, or a team trip? Leonie is the one keeping it organized.

Say hello to Nik, our new Sales Manager.

Nik Smith joined the sales team for Courtyard, Hyatt Place, and Residence Inn Sandestin this fall after a career in HR, talent development, and nonprofit fundraising. His first impression of the job was simple: the people here are kind, and they care.

Welcome to Grand Boulevard, Nik. Groups, weddings, and corporate travel, he is ready for you.

👋 Happy Boss's Day to the three people who never actually sit down.

Josh at Courtyard, Chris at Hyatt Place, and Analee at Residence Inn run three hotels at Grand Boulevard and still know most guests by name. Thank you, from all of us.
