We are a group of four townhomes directly on the beach in Miramar Beach (Destin), FL. Spread out in 1400 square feet of vacation. Coffee on the porch watching the surf is a great way to start the day. Or dip your feet in while still in your pjs!

We've had many guests, friends, family calling, texting and e-mailing about Landon by the Sea after this hurricane. A number of people have offered to come down to Landon to help! Thanks very much for the concern and prayers, Landon is a special place for many people. Ocean Reef has inspected the property and reported to us the building is in great condition.
We continuously work to improve Landon. The past several weeks, I've been there replacing hurricane connections and bolts with 316 stainless steel, under the building, to strengthen the building. We were chased out by the hurricane, returning hopefully tomorrow, as soon as water and power are back on. The entire Landon by the Sea building is strengthened by being covered by 3/4" treated plywood, that is covered by fire/bug proof Hardie siding, all windows and doors are FL hurricane approved glass units, this past December the entire roof was replaced with a fireproof standing seam aluminum.

Sept/Oct are the best months of the year to visit Destin/Miramar Beach, we're there now! Usually these months are fully booked at Landon by the Sea. We had a couple cancellations, so great savings at Landon by the Sea.
Beachfront Townhouses this time of year run weekly $2,900-$3,200 base, with fees and FL taxes $3,900 +

Book Landon 2 or 3, April 12-19th or 19-26th, seven nights, for only $2650 total, including fees and taxes.
Snow is long gone. Landon's summer, fall, and winter bookings are very strong however this spring's bookings at the Destin area are still light. With area spring breaks starting March 8th, most companies are still expecting bookings to fill in. The good news is there are some great rates now.
