Just a quick reminder that we're super wildlife friendly over here. Megan, our master gardener & gardening manager specializes in native habitats. One way we try to support our native environment is by allowing nature to run it's course as much as possible. Don't fret, this dying tree is smaller and no where near our RV sites, so it poses no risk to guests. But we do hope it comes in handy for our wild friends!

Also, somehow it's June 1st!

Maintaining an RV Park is hard (and super important) work. Thankfully, our maintenance crew is amazing! They are the reason this park looks as good as it does, and the reason it's a safe place for rigs of all kinds, as well as for all of the people, pets and wildlife. We couldn't do this job nearly as well without them! So if you get a chance, thank a maintenance person today! They do the hard work so I can type up this post, haha.

Did you know we have a culinary herb garden at the park? Guests are more than welcome to snag some herbs as needed. Especially if you're missing that one ingredient and don't want to run to town! Our entire team uses this garden for their meals. Hardly any of us buy herbs at the store anymore. Check it out on the North side of E8!

Happy Memorial Day! While this is a national holiday with lots of grilling out, friends and family (and a huge camping weekend), let us remember the reason it exists. The ones we've lost over the years, the heroes that never came home. Their sacrifices have ensured the freedoms we have. Thank you for your service!

EXCITING news!! We have a new shirt designed by Robin (and printed by ZooCity Apparel), a new blog all about it written by Jackie, and a new online merch store in the works with Sarah's web skills! Can we just say that our staff is AMAZINGLY TALENTED?!

We're seeing more and more pollinators out and about as we move further into Spring. The cold spell we had recently slowed everyone down, perennials (and some of us staff included) included! We're ready to bask in the sunshine!

I'm sure you've seen our team buzzing about the park in their excitement for Summer. We're prepping for busy season and honestly cannot wait to share all of the fun things we have planned for you. Happy travels everyone; we'll see you soon!

It's been a bit rainy today, but we had a couple of minutes of sun earlier! Is anyone else obsessed with raindrops hanging onto plants?? Something about it just feels so magical. Although, we are ready for some warmer weather around here!
