🌟Associate Spotlight🌟

This week, we're proud to recognize Hampton Inn and Suites Redding's Kameron Heidel for his incredible dedication, leadership, and willingness to go above and beyond. During their extensive hotel renovation, Kameron stepped up in a big way, taking charge while the Maintenance Manager position was vacant for several months. From carefully removing and storing guest room fixtures to ensuring everything was reinstalled and ready for guests, he played a critical role in keeping the project moving forward while continuing to handle his day-to-day maintenance responsibilities.

Kameron's commitment was especially evident during the severe flooding and power outages that impacted our area. After already putting in a full day of work, he stayed on-site to contain a major ceiling leak, prevent further damage, and help guests safely navigate the hotel during the outage. Whether he's solving maintenance challenges, assisting with IT needs, or supporting the team wherever needed, Kameron consistently demonstrates reliability, initiative, and a true team-first attitude. Thank you, Kameron, for everything you do!

This month, we're proud to recognize some of our amazing team members for their work anniversaries! David, our Maintenance Technician, and Nat, our Breakfast Attendant, are celebrating 2 years with us. Arthur, our Front Desk Agent, is celebrating 3 years of outstanding service. And last but certainly not least, Jasmin, our newly promoted Assistant General Manager, is celebrating an incredible 6 years with the property! We are so grateful for the dedication, hard work, and passion each of them brings to our team every day. Thank you for everything you do to make our hotel a great place for both our guests and one another.

TownePlace Suites San Diego Airport/Liberty Station was recently selected by Marriott to showcase our brand and what sets us apart from others to the AMN travel team. The goal of the visit was a day focused on Marriott Brand education, property awareness, and relationship building. During the site visit, the team incorporated some fun, and interactive brand education by highlighting key brand facts and unique amenities such as our Something Borrowed Program as well as our Weber Grilling Program!

TownePlace Suites West Des Moines GM Alicia Champagne and Sales Manager Stevi Rae Hobbs attended a Construct IA event through the West Des Moines Chamber. They toured the new 515 Walnut Tower being constructed in downtown Des Moines. This 34 story building will be the 4th largest in the entire state, and the largest residential building between Denver and Chicago.

TownePlace Suites Fayetteville General Manager Dawn Hall was recognized by the Office of the Secretary of Defense with the Patriotic Employer Award. This award is presented to employers who create a supportive workplace for military spouses, allowing them the flexibility to attend military events and fulfill family commitments.
After Dawn was nominated, the Office of the Secretary of Defense learned that she employs several military spouses. They reached out to those employees to learn more about Dawn's leadership and the support she provides.
As part of the recognition, an officer visited the hotel in person to present Dawn with the award. Congratulations Dawn!!!!
