We’re growing our delivery team at Gathered and we’re looking for people who take pride in good work, show up with a positive attitude, and enjoy helping bring event days to life.
What We’re Hiring For
Part‑Time Delivery Crew
• Mostly weekends
• Some weekday availability
• Great for anyone who likes hands‑on work and a flexible schedule
On‑Call Crew
• Occasional shifts on high‑volume event days
• Ideal for students, creatives, or anyone who wants occasional, flexible work.
What the Job Looks Like
• Loading, delivering, and setting up our curated rental pieces
• Working with our team to place items with care and intention
• Interacting with planners, venues, and clients in a friendly, professional way
• Helping maintain and care for our inventory

• You’re reliable and team‑oriented
• You enjoy physical work and staying active
• You’re comfortable working in fast‑paced event environments
• You appreciate good design and thoughtful details
