We love ZUMBA! Ditch the workout join the party! Zumba is a latin dance fitness class that will knock your socks off! If you love to dance, then you'll love OUR Zumba class! Tri CIty Z staff consists of five teachers who are all are trained dancers and have studied dance for many years. Dominique Thomas (dance certified/pilates certified/zumba certified, aqua zumba certified, zumba toning certified, zumba gold certified, zumbatomics certified(kids), and zumba sentao certified). Alisande Fach (zumba certified, zumba toning certified, zumbatomics certified and 13 years of dance experience). Tri City Z-our goal is to make you sweat, have fun, dance, and most of all motivate you to become a healthy and happy person. Our classes are people of all ages and all sizes! Tri City Z- invites you to become a part of our ZUMBA family! We are all wanting the same thing-#1 healthy living, #2 exercise that is FUN, #3 a comfortable setting. An exercise group that welcomes you, motivates you, inspires you, and makes you want to come to class each week! Classes are mon/thurs 9:30 am or mon/thurs 5:45 pm, or WED./zumba toning @ 5:45 pm. All classes are at the Bayou Vista Center. $10 a class or $40 for 10 classes when you buy a Zumba punchcard. Aquazumba thur 645-745pm and fri 9am-10am. Cypress Lakes Resort.
