Thought I was just going to throw some insulation in the walls and plywood and paint and a little decor, and “spruce” up the laundry room, pretty quickly and cheaply….. but things aren’t like that on this very old and historically neglected property, and tbh I knew that deep down lol. It’s now getting a new roof, new exterior trim around the bottom, as it just had plywood that was sitting directly in the dirt, painted interior and exterior and the stuff on my original list. 😬 TBH I wish I’d done this sooner, I hate doing laundry and an ugly laundry room didn’t help lol. Also the slope on the hill needs changed and I need some sort of bypass drainage so I don’t wind up shoveling out silt like the terrible storm during the summer of ‘23. 🤣 thought I’d get my house painted before this, but my brain decided the dopamine will come from this project instead. 🤪
