Lake Shore Motel and Cottages We'd like to take this opportunity to introduce you to the Lake Shore Motel & Cottages on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnipesaukee.

We have a variety of rental units: cottages with full kitchens and screened porches, suites with full kitchens and decks with views of the lake, motel rooms and kitchenettes with out-calling phones. All units have color cable TV, heat and A/C. All units with kitchens are stocked with dishes, flatware, pans, toasters and coffee makers. Free wireless internet is available on-site.

Hello everyone,

Hope all is well! I hope storm from last weekend was our last!

Like to give you all an update on lake shore motel. The conversion from lake shore motel to lake shore vista condominium has been completed!

Several of the future unit owners have committed to continue to rent out their units. I’ll be the contact person for the 2022 season reservations.

I have made contact and spoken to many of you that your reservations are confirmed. At the beginning of May, individual unit owners will contact you folks to re-confirmed your reservations and collect deposit and the balance at check in.

In the meantime, please enjoy the spring weather. Let me know with questions or if I can help to book your 2022 season at lake shore again! Thanks.
