As we prepare for this winter storm, we have a crew hired to salt the roads and entrance to the park overnight Friday into Saturday morning. After the snowfall has finished, they will return to plow the roads. We are expecting high amounts of snow fall so be prepared and try not to drive if unnecessary. It packs the snow down and makes it harder for them to clear the roads. As always, please continue to drip your faucets and open cabinets to keep lines from freezing. Stay safe!

🚰⚠️ DRIP YOUR FAUCETS 🚰⚠️

👇🏻 We will not reach above 32 degrees until Wednesday afternoon, so it would be a good idea to drip your faucets until then to avoid pipe infrastructure issues!

The temperature will continue to drop overnight and stay down until Monday. Please make sure you are steadily dripping water from your faucets overnight and if you are gone throughout the day. Thank you.

If your kids tell you they need more nerf arrows, it’s because we found them clogging one of the sewers in the trailer park. This is also a good time to remind everyone that flushable wipes, thick napkins and wash cloths shouldnt be flushed either and they will also clog sewer lines up. Thank you for your cooperation.
