With the Autumnal Equinox comes the invitation to slow down and take stock of all you have grown. For some of you it has been a few weeks since your children have moved out of the house for the first time. For others, your children are navigating their adulthood while remaining under your roof and yet the parental role has seemingly changed in profound ways.
While feeling excited for them, this period may also include feelings of loss, tenderness, or uncertainty for you. Do you sense that this transition is a beckoning?? An invitation for you to step into something new as well?
If you are nodding, you are not alone.
While we spend much energy preparing our children for their next chapter, we don't always stop to consider what this transition means for us.
When They Fly is a cultivated experience that invites you to do just that. It is created for mothers standing at the threshold - whether your child has already left home, is preparing to leave, or is standing right there beside you as you are both navigating this changing relationship.
We will gather in a beautiful setting, held by the natural driftless surroundings for evenings of connection, nature, creativity, and conversation as we explore this powerful rite of passage together.
Because when our children enter this new chapter, so do we.
If you- or a mother you love - is somewhere in the midst of this transition, please share this offering and join me.
