No retakes. No color correction. No mercy. 🦇 Here’s the unfiltered director’s cut of our office Halloween party. Proof that a team that frights together works together. Happy Halloween, friends!

The audience sees the show. We see the vision behind it.

Gary Allan's 2026 tour is a perfect example of what happens when great music, intentional lighting design, and the right production partners come together.

Every beam, color change, and perfectly timed cue helps set the mood, amplify the music, and create moments fans will remember long after the final song.

At Elite Multimedia, we love working alongside lighting designers, production managers, and creative teams who pour their talent into making those moments happen. Our job is to bring the equipment, technical expertise, and problem-solving mindset that helps turn their vision into reality.

Because the best productions aren't built by one person. They're built by great teams. Shout out to Trevor Feuring, the amazing lighting director for Gary Allan. Thanks for another great partnership!

To our fellow production pros: What's one thing you wish every production partner understood about bringing a show to life? We'd love to hear it.

No surprises. When you work with Elite Multimedia, we don't just talk about your ideas and then show up on the day of the event, hoping we understood your vision.

We provide renderings for your approval before anything moves forward. The plan matches the final production EVERY TIME!

Whether the project is big or small, you know Elite Multimedia will do it right.

We had a blast lighting up the stage for Seether on the Staind Break The Cycle 25th Anniversary Tour. These shots from Jared Gehman show off the lighting looks that LD Austin Zangi built for the run. The dude is an artist, and we love seeing him bring these rigs to life night after night.

We’re proud to keep rolling with Seether, and the next one can’t come soon enough.

Have you ever gotten to Load-In only to realize that your vision didn’t match the vision of your AV partner?

At Elite, we don’t have that problem because we share the vision at every step of the way, from pre-vis to final build. As we did here with Shop Fix Academy for their 2026 Shop Hackers Conference, the pre-vis the client approved matches the final product.

No load-in surprises. Just a happy client getting exactly what they wanted for their event.

We obviously love a good concert production, and working on a Luke Bryan tour gives us plenty of good footage to prove it.

But the part we really enjoy is figuring out how to make the whole thing work.

What fits the room? What needs to change? How do we make the design feel right for the artist, the venue, and the people standing out in the crowd?

That same problem-solving mindset is what our team brings to everything we produce, whether it’s a:
👉 Tour
👉 Conference
👉 Trade show
👉 Brand launch
👉 Corporate party
👉 Red carpet event
..or something nobody has quite figured out how to build yet.

If you’ve got an event coming up and need a production partner who can help with more than just the gear, that’s our lane.

Let’s talk: EliteMultimedia.com

Shout out to for partnering with us on the production. 🫶

Luke Bryan on stage looks pretty effortless from the crowd.

Behind the scenes? Not quite. 😂

There are trucks to unload, cases everywhere, crews moving in every direction, lighting to program, video to test, changes to make, and usually at least one thing that makes everybody stop and say, “Well, that’s interesting.”

Then doors open, the room fills up, and suddenly all of that turns into a concert.

We share the finished shows a lot, but we’re going to start showing more of the work that happens before the crowd ever walks in.

Follow along if you’re into the behind-the-scenes side of live events and touring.

The audience only sees a few hours, and those hours have to DELIVER!

The work behind it starts long before the first note.

Load in. Build. Test. Adjust. Troubleshoot. Rebuild something because the room had other plans. Then do it all again at the next stop.

That’s life behind the scenes on tour.

Our crew recently hit the road with Chase Matthew, helping turn a different room into the same high-energy concert experience night after night.

And while fans see the finished lighting, video, and production, some of our favorite moments happen before the doors ever open.

Want to see more of what actually goes into building concerts, events, and experiences like this?

Follow Elite for more from behind the curtain.
