Wonderful news from Hilton Head Island! The Rowing and Sailing Center Park on Squire Pope Road will officially be renamed to honor the wonderful legacy of the Hilton Head Fishing Cooperative. It was a true honor to design this interpretive kiosk with Mr. Thomas C. Barnwell Jr, Ms. Edra Stephens, and the Town of Hilton Head Island.

We were honored to work with Western Carolina University and the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians on an exhibit for WCU's John Bardo Performing Arts Center that highlights Cherokee culture and language. The exhibit is now a permanent part of the atrium and main corridor, accentuating the large integrated Cherokee syllabary around the building. One of the main project goals was collaboration, and we were fortunate to have EBCI artist Ramona Lossie design the basketweave graphics for the exhibit. Ramona passed away before the exhibit was completed, and we are grateful that this exhibit will be part of her legacy as a Cherokee artist and basketweaver.

We recently attended the ribbon-cutting for a new outdoor exhibit we designed at Hobkirk Hill Battlefield Park, in Camden, South Carolina. The new park conncects to the Liberty Trail and is a partnership between the American Battlefield Trust, the SC Battleground Preservation Trust, the City of Camden, and SC250. For this project, we designed a dimensional map of the events of the battle with a custom fabricated frame and reader rails that discuss how the battle undolded.

While you're visiting Camden, make sure to explore the exhibits at the Revolutionary War Visitor Center that we also designed!
