Real Estate investing is not passive. Short term, mid term, flips, long term, co-living... they all involve work and pivots. Attention.
We got an inquiry this morning for our treehouse (YUP - we have a treehouse) NH Treehouse Life ...

Someone canceled their reservation at another place - and now they don't have a space on Valentine's Day! We can't have that!
So we decided to pivot - changed the settings for now (to help them out) and maybe anyone else.

How? We changed the parameters to 1 night minimum.
Winter is quiet (and beautiful).
We are making it a win win situation.

How cool is that!

And... 💥 It is supposed to get warmer this week.
