❤️ This time, we’re not sharing a guest’s story, but a piece of our own family history!

Our cousin Marco Torresi

is visiting Owl Creek Farm Resort, and having him here is truly special.

Marco is American, with Sicilian parents, and grew up in California, where Gianfranco first visited him at just 16. They’ve shared incredible adventures ever since!

Marco has been part of nearly every chapter of our American journey. We’ve spent wonderful times together in California, he’s visited us in Catania, Sicily, where he also has a home, and later on Anna Maria Island, Florida, when we opened our restaurants.

During Hurricane Irma, while we feared losing everything we’d just built in Florida, Marco was in the Caribbean, facing a life-threatening situation himself. We stayed in touch by phone until communications went down. An unforgettable experience!

And now he’s here in North Carolina, visiting our newest adventure, Owl Creek!

More than family, Marco has been part of our American story from the very beginning.

He’s a musician, an astrology enthusiast, a sports lover, and someone with amazing stories to tell.

Stay tuned!
We’ll interview Marco and share his fascinating story, along with some unforgettable adventures he and Gianfranco experienced in California.

So happy to have you here, Marco! ❤️
