HGTVs current season of “Battle on the Beach” was filmed right here in Garden City Beach, SC. Both properties and many of the areas featured are just steps away from my beach condo. You can watch the show on Mondays at 9pm.

I am Celebrating!!! 🎉 I have earned a Superhost Status again with Airbnb! 🏆

Curious on how it was earned? In a 3 month period, I have to accomplished the following:
✅ Maintained a rating above 4.8 stars.
I maintained a 4.95 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
✅ Have 10+ stays.
I had 19 stays (not too bad for the off season)
✅ Have a 0% Cancellation rate.
I had 0%. 😊
✅ Have a 90% Response rate.
I had 100% response rate. Which means I replied within 1 hour to every request, inquiry, question and reservation for my little beach condo.

I enjoy being an Airbnb host and take pride in earning this Superhost Status for the 7th quarter in a row! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
