We have Some Exciting News! Diane & I have purchased another condo in our building! (Holiday Towers/ Myrtle Beach) Here are just a few sneak peak pictures- It’s a Beautiful Condo! (Can’t show it all to you cuz we don’t close til the end of the month) HERES THE EXCITING PART- It’s Crazy buying one at the beginning of Summer because most people already have their vacations booked- However- We need to get to booking it and are ready to make some summer vacation deals! 2bd/2ba. (Sleep 6) Full Kitchen. W/D in unit. Rentals will start July 1. Rates will be as follows: July: $300/night. August $200/night. Only other costs will be SC taxes & $150 cleaning fee. ITS WIDE OPEN- Even July 4th weekend! Once we take ownership (July 1) We will add this condo to our webpage with tons of pictures.
