Stopped by Back Again Bookshop in Myrtle Beach and walked out with four books by some of my favorite authors, including a fairly new release! 📚 Plus, they have two adorable resident cats! 🐈 A great little locally owned bookstore worth visiting!

Along with your beautiful ocean view, you’ll now get to enjoy these LOVELY new signs! One on the balcony and another by the front door. Aren’t they just beautiful?! 🙄

Just a little disclaimer to our guests: This was NOT our decision! Our lovely HOA board decided these were necessary, and homeowners didn’t get a vote.

I did question the decision and even offered to purchase something a little more attractive. Instead, I was told:

“For those that balk at it can be reminded that if they really want to claim the balcony as ‘theirs’ then they can pay for any repairs that ever become necessary.”

They even offered to draft a binding agreement! Well, I guess that settles that. 😢

But hey, we all know putting up a sign means everyone will read it, follow the rules, and respect them!

My apologies for the new décor. We tried, guys!

Trying The Baked Bear at Broadway at the Beach 🍪🍦 Build-your-own ice cream sandwiches with warm cookies and your favorite ice cream… this one was worth the stop.
