Friends and family
Snowbird rentals start around the first of October.
We have pretty much all of August and September still available.
If you want to go, you better lock in your week ahead of time.
I beg of you, don’t wait until the last minute to book.
We have bills that come due on this place and, to keep it a viable option, we have to generate revenue.
Those snowbirds are a huge revenue generator.
Message me with your dates and I can advise them of availability.
As always, no pets and we do not provide a golf cart.
Oceanside village offers golf cart rentals with a peace of mind knowing the cart is going to work and they have golf cart service in case the cart breaks down.

I have completed next years rates for the beach house.
These are preliminary and are based on this years fees we pay.

Again, we have no golf cart(can rent from village) and no pets(we leave our babies home)
