Looking for a home to stay in the Outer Banks that has all that you need and allows you to pack less? And allows you to actually feel like you are on a vacation? We pride ourselves in providing an exceptional experience for the Outer Banks where you can pack less and enjoy a clean, updated home with tons of amenities. We fell in love with the location being at milepost 13.5 - you are where the Outer Banks narrow, so even though you are on the soundside it's closer walking distance to the beach (and beach parking) then some homes on the beachside (5 minute walk). My favorites are nearby- Jockey's Ridge, Kitty Hawk Kites, Mulligan's Restaurant, Blue Moon, grocery stores, and much more are just a bike ride away. From the top floor of the home you can enjoy the ocean and sound views from either side of the home. I love how you have access to a deck from every bedroom, the game room, the look of the traditional Nags Head style home (yet it's less than 20 years old and no mold smell here plus we added Germicidal uv light and new ACs summer 2022) - I hate how so many homes in Nags Head have musty smells). Home offers 5 bedrooms and sleeps 14 (max 10 adults), salt water inground pool (heated for additional fee), brand new 7 person hot tub, 4 hammocks,5 bikes, beach & pool accessories, firepit, outdoor connect four & more. Home is situated in Old Nags Head Cove where you have access to multiple fishing spots, basketball court, volleyball court, 2 small private soundside beaches, and great for bike riding. We love vacationing ourselves and pride ourselves in providing an exceptional experience with tons of amenities. most owners wait to replace things when they are broken, we are constantly going through the home replacing things that are damaged or replacing before it breaks. some of our features 42 inch smart tvs in every bedroom, 55 inch smart tvs in family room & game room, wifi & satellite tv, new linens, comfy beds, speaker system in family room, game room, both decks on 3rd floor, and outside by the pool. Bathrooms all have blow dryers, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, and toilet paper, paper towels, staywell experience & bathrobes in 3 of the bedrooms. Sleeping Arrangements:

Can you getaway with little notice to the Outer Banks of North Carolina? Monday June 29-Thursday July 2 I have dropped price to $2,050 (the guest who had to cancel was paying $3,750)Someone is going to get a huge deal since i havent rented i am dropping the price. I often hear my house is the nicest beach house they have stayed at because we put so much thought into things.

*5 bedroom (sleeps 10 adults or max of 14 people)
*Pool & hot tub
*Game Room with pool table
*Corner lot with lots of parking
*In Old Nags Head Cove with amazing sunrises and sunsets from house - deck access from every bedroom
*extensive amenities so you cam enjoy your vacation without having to bring everything including all beach gear(beach wagons, coolers, chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards), pool toys, 5 bikes, fire pit, outdoor yard games,all your linens (including spa robes)& beach towels, all your bathing essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash),all the extras the other homes leave out and not just a starter kit enough for your stay(toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, laundry detergent coffee, sugars,creamers, etc). Since I have a 10 month old we just added baby gear at no additional cost -baby gates, high chair & pack & play.
