Meet Chef Jayson DeMarco, Executive Chef at The Nantucket Inn!

Chef Jayson brings an impressive culinary background to the island, with experience at some of Boston’s most iconic hotels, including the Westin Copley Plaza and Boston Harbor Hotel, as well as Forbes Five-Star resorts across the country. His culinary journey has also taken him abroad to Barcelona, Milan, London, and Paris, inspiring a creative approach rooted in fresh, high-quality ingredients and memorable flavors.
