A rainy holiday weekend has gifted us with good water levels, the New River Conservancy is hosting the New River Canoe Race this Saturday!! The weather for Saturday is looking perfect! Always a great event for a great cause! You can still register for the race online or the day of the race. Evvie's View still has availability (we discounted the rates for this weekend!) This event floats our section of the River, so even if you aren't racing there is plenty of fun at Wagoner Access

Who's coming to the New River Canoe Race this Saturday? We'll paddle 5 miles of the South Fork from to Wagoner Access in New River State Park.

Beat the heat this weekend with a trip up the mountain! With temps pushing 90 off the mountain, our 80 degrees mountain weather is looking perfect!
