We’ve been down to the condo since a few days after the hurricane. Here’s some of my observations.
Minimal damage to the condos. Mostly just debris outside and in the swimming pools. Our swimming pool Fence as well as some landscaping will need to be replaced.
Our condo itself suffered no damage. The electricity, water and Internet came back pretty quick after the hurricane. 
The beach is beautiful. In front of our condo and down the beach still very wide although we have lost some sand in my opinion. Maybe 30% from what it was, but unless you took a picture before the hurricane, you wouldn’t notice it.
More importantly, in my opinion, the berm has held up very well. Some people online said the water never got there. I’m no oceanographic engineer, but the water surf, etc. got to the berm. There again it was minimal in my opinion and unless you had taken a picture before the hurricane, you might not notice any change. Still very much intact. Complete with all the sea oats. So important to have it there for some of these One and cat two hurricanes.
The weather here has been glorious for two weeks. Very low humidity, sunshine, and no clouds. Nice and chilly in the mornings.
