Just letting everyone know the flooding on the Guadalupe River is above Canyon Lake, we are all good below Canyon Lake. Overnight we had under an inch of rain. Our thoughts and prayers are with everyone on the upper Guadalupe.

It has come to our attention that some of our clientele have started brokering out their reservations. We do not allow this! If we find your name associated with posts brokering out sites under your reservation we will be canceling your reservation permanently without a deposit refund.
If you have sites you need to cancel you will
need to contact our office, there is a new 14 day cancellation policy in place. We appreciate all of you but can not allow this. Thank you. Let me add to this…if you have reservations and you show up to your spaces on a regular basis you will get to keep your spaces, however, if you cancel the same space year after year (2 or more in a row) that space will not be renewed. It is preventing people from camping with us and these spaces are often let go last minute with no chance of filling them.
