Fully insulated, with A/C and heat, SmartTV, WiFi, outdoor games, and your own private bathroom. *Guadalupe River Access included! an overnight vacation rental property, is located next to the Guadalupe River outside of New Braunfels and features 8 fully furnished and air-conditioned Tipis overlooking the beautiful Texas Hill Country and a romantic bungalow cabin for two. Each unit looks like a t

raditional Tipi from the outside but inside, they are fully furnished and have all the conveniences of modern-day living including: air conditioning, kitchenette with sink, under-counter refrigerator, stovetop, and toaster oven. Each Tipi comes with its own fire pit and outdoor eating/sitting areas as well as a private bathroom with a large walk-in tiled shower. Common areas include: Ping-pong table, tetherball, co****le, and volleyball area. We have great River access to hang out at or do some fishing and the location is centrally located close to Gruene, Schlitterbahn, and many live music venues including: Whitewater Amphitheater, Koozies, and River Road Ice House!
