🚧 COMMERCIAL SITE DEVELOPMENT UNDERWAY 🚧

Superior Solutions is making progress on another commercial site development!

We brought the dozer in and got straight to work stripping and stockpiling the topsoil, getting it out of the way and preparing the site for the next phase. The topsoil will later be hauled off as we continue transforming this property.

Next week, we’ll be installing culverts for the new site entrance, followed by hauling in and placing 500+ tons of stone to build out the entire gravel parking lot.

Once complete, this property will be ready to serve as a new storage facility.

Another residential demolition completed by Superior Solutions! 🏠💥

This project consisted of the complete demolition of a 2-story, 3,000 sq. ft. brick home. We started by safely tearing down the structure, loading out all house debris, and hauling everything off-site.

Once the structure was completely removed, we moved on to breaking out the entire concrete foundation, loading and hauling away all remaining material, and cleaning up the site from start to finish.

The end result: a completely cleared property with no obstructions — giving the homeowner a clean slate and a site ready for their new home to be built.

Another commercial parking lot repair completed by Superior Solutions! 🚧

This project was all about making the most of the material already on site. Over the years, rock had been repeatedly added and packed in, while vegetation and overgrowth had begun taking over portions of the employee parking area.

Our scope included:

* Ripping and loosening the existing compacted rock
* Removing vegetation and overgrowth
* Stockpiling excess material on site
* Redistributing and grading the remaining material
* Establishing proper slopes for drainage and a smooth, solid parking surface

No additional material was hauled in — we were able to rework what was already there and bring this parking lot back to life.

Because this is an active employee parking lot, we completed the work on a Sunday to avoid interfering with the business’s normal operations. A few vehicles and trailers prevented us from reaching every section, but with more work already ahead of us at this site, we’ll be back to finish those areas once they’re cleared.

Another back patio extension completed by Superior Solutions — built from the ground up with long-term stability in mind. 💪

We started by degrassing and preparing the area, but during excavation we encountered unsuitable soils that weren’t going to provide the foundation this slab needed. Instead of pouring over a bad base and hoping for the best, we excavated the unsuitable material and imported quality clay and sand, properly placed and compacted to create a solid foundation.

From there, our crew:
• Formed the entire patio extension
• Installed 10-gauge wire mesh reinforcement throughout the slab
• Installed 1/2” dowels every 2 feet along the entire perimeter where the new concrete ties into the existing house slab

Those extra steps matter. Proper subgrade preparation and reinforcement help minimize future settlement, separation, and cracking as the ground naturally shifts and moves over time.

At Superior Solutions, we don’t believe in covering up problems just to get concrete on the ground. We correct them and build it right from the bottom up.

Another commercial parking lot project completed by Superior Solutions! 🚧

This project included a complete cut-out and regrading of the existing parking lot, followed by reshaping the site to establish proper elevations and positive runoff away from the building. We then installed and graded recycled asphalt to create a solid, clean, and functional finished parking surface.

As part of the site improvements, we also installed two French drain systems to properly carry water from the building’s downspouts and cut in a swale along the fence line to help control runoff and prevent water from pooling across the parking lot.

From excavation and grading to recycled asphalt installation and drainage improvements, we handled the project from start to finish.

Another commercial concrete repair project completed by the team at Superior Solutions!

We partnered with Aucoin’s Plumbing at Buffett City to remove and replace two sections of the parking lot that had failed due to a lack of proper reinforcement in the original concrete pour. Our crew broke out and hauled off the damaged concrete, properly prepared the area, installed rebar reinforcement, and poured and finished new concrete built to last.
