In honor of National Honey Month, we’re raising a spoonful to the honeybees that call The Allison home.

Our onsite hives produce honey that captures a little taste of the landscape around us, from the flowers and herbs of the Chef’s Garden to the surrounding grounds.

Want a taste? Join us for our weekly Garden Tour, Fridays at 10 a.m., to learn more about what’s growing and sample honey straight from our hives.
