🍂 DAY 1:
3:00pm: Check in on the downtown waterfront at Hammetts Hotel.
4:30pm: Wander next door to Bowen's Wharf and Bannister’s Wharves to explore local shops and galleries, then stop for a harborside cocktail or light bite at 22 Portside at 22 Bowen's.
6:30pm: Head back to Hammetts Wharf for dinner at Giusto Newport, where a seasonally rotating menu of freestyle Italian dishes is served with waterfront views.
8:00pm: Find a seat overlooking the harbor on the Deck at Hammetts and settle in for the evening.
🍂 DAY 2:
8:30am: Start your day with a maple sea salt latte and breakfast sandwich at The Nitro Bar on lower Thames Street.
10:00am: Hop on a trolley tour to explore Newport’s historic sites, Ocean Drive, and famed mansions.
1:00pm: Pedal through the fall scenery aboard Rail Explorers USA rail bikes with views of Narragansett Bay.
4:00pm: Toast to the season with a w**e tasting at Newport Vineyards.
6:30pm: Get into the spirit of the season with a lantern-led ghost tour through Newport’s haunted history.
8:00pm: Settle in for dinner at White house tavern, America’s oldest tavern, for New England fare and flickering fireplaces.
🍂 DAY 3:
8:30am: Start the morning with breakfast at Belle's Newport overlooking the marina.
10:00am: Take in the crisp salt air with a stroll along the Cliff Walk, then tour Marble House and stop by the Chinese Tea House on the property. (Hours vary.)
1:00pm: Stroll Thames Street for a little last-minute shopping and wander through the Trinity Church Pumpkin Patch.
2:00pm: Grab lunch at Benjamins Raw Bar before heading back to Hammetts Hotel.
3:00pm: Check out with one last look at the harbor—and a full weekend of Newport fall memories.
